Abstract

This presentation at the 2023 SafePork Conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana on 15-17 May 2023 discusses pork value chains in low- and middle-income countries and risk-based approaches to detecting new pig diseases, reflecting on research carried out in Uganda and Vietnam.
