Bridgit Ndinda is a biotechnology graduate passionate about scientific research and innovation. She gained expertise in laboratory techniques, data analysis, biosafety and biosecurity, molecular biology, and bioinformatics during her academic journey. Ndinda has participated in various research projects, including the Isolation and Characterization of Bacillus velezensis from Lake Bogoria as a Potential Biocontrol of Fusarium solani in common beans hosted by Jkuat, which enhanced her understanding of cutting-edge technologies and their real-world applications. Currently, she is working on a research project on harnessing bacteriophages for mastitis prevention in Kenya in goats at ILRI. With a strong theoretical and practical biotechnology foundation, she is eager to contribute to advancements in animal health and nutrition and phage therapy for antimicrobial resistance.
