Redesign of the compensation and benefits approach
To attract and retain ILRI’s high-caliber workforce, the directorate has embarked on a project to review its compensation and benefits approach. The project will among others develop career pathing framework for non-scientific roles and develop competency models that will drive the behaviours required to drive success in the context of ILRI’s 2013-2022 strategy.
