Research Officer II - Digital Agriculture and Innovation

Currently serving as a Research Officer in Digital Agriculture and Innovation with the Sustainable Livestock Systems (SLS) group at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), she has a career spanning over 14 years in international agricultural development. Previously, she worked as a Senior Scientific Officer at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) in Hyderabad, India.

Her expertise is in leveraging digital strategies to transform agricultural practices, aiming to enhance efficiency, optimize resource use, and boost productivity. She has collaborated extensively with various international and national development agencies and stakeholders, implementing innovative digital solutions in both India and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Her research interests include data-driven digital solutions, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and deploying technologies to support agricultural development. After completing her post-graduate studies, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in IT Management in Agriculture from the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM), part of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in Hyderabad, India.
