Gloriana Ndibalema

Communication Officer

Gloriana Ndibalema is a communication officer with years of experience in a wide range of roles for communication profession including knowledge brokerage, facilitation, storytelling, media relation, science communication and strategic communication. She works with multidisciplinary teams of scientists, private and government partners to develop and implement communication and knowledge management strategies aiming to enhance visibility, uptake and utilization of research outputs. 

Currently, Gloriana provides communication expertise for CGIAR centers, notably the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) Eastern Africa Hub  and the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in Tanzania.

Gloriana holds an MSc degree in Communication, Health and Life Science from Wageningen University and Research in the Netherlands, a BA in Mass Communication and a Certificate in Journalism and Media Studies from St. Augustine University of Tanzania in Mwanza. Beyond her professional pursuits, Gloriana enjoys cooking, travel, continuous learning, and fostering connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
