Working in the Communications and Knowledge Management unit since 2012 to ensure research outputs of ILRI and partners are organized, curated and made openly accessible to wide audiences. I manage ILRI corporate repository on CGSpace—submissions, workflows, quality control, mapping and approval processes, authorizations management and the generation of high value reports and statistics. I work to increase the findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability of research outputs generated by ILRI and CGSpace partners and help ensure that advances in the broader open access community are translated into good practices at ILRI. In my previous role, I worked as a website developer and public information assistant at the International Labour Organization (ILO).
