One Corporate System—P&OD modules

The One Corporate System (OCS) project is an initiative of nine CGIAR Centres to implement the same business system for resource planning and management. For P&OD directorate, the system will streamline business processes and enhance decision-making by providing accurate, real time and reliable information to decision makers in ensuring ILRI is ‘fit for purpose’. Some of the P&OD modules to be implemented includes

    •   Position register and administration

    •   Dependant masterfile and administration, and

    •   Training administration, among others.
