Jacob Joseph is an agrometeorologist at the International Livestock Research Institute in Tanzania. Jacob has been actively engaging with smallholder farmers in East and West Africa for more than three years, assisting them in translating weather forecasts into relevant agro-advisories to manage climate risks in their production. Jacob's work has been heavily reliant on crop models, weather forecasts, and expert knowledge in the field to design and disseminate climate information products and services that improve climate-resilient agriculture.
